Their work was excellent, the workers were prompt, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely. I had used this company for a deck restoration several years ago and would definitely use them again.

I got quotes for window replacement from TrueSon Exteriors and another reputable business in Columbia. TrueSon provided a much more detailed quote and spent more time measuring. I’m glad I chose them to replace my windows (Pella) as they did a magnificent job and exceeded my expectations. Nevada was great to work with and the guys who did the work were truly masters at their craft. After a fresh coat of paint ( AiPainting) and new windows, our 55 year old ranch home is looking great. I have used TrueSons on several occassions at my home outside of Fayette, MO. It was built in 1847 and their team treated it like it was more than their own. The home has most of its original woodwork throughout the home and the guys were just great in trying to protect it. The repaired the roof where the previous owner's contractors did a subpar job. They got all the water from coming in and they fixed my front porch roof with just the excellence that I would expect. David Bale is who I work with and this guy is second to none. His customer service and honest is just great. It shows just how great this company to have employees like the ones that I met as I had the home upgraded to keep the water out.

They tolerated my dogs who like to steal things and run away. lol, We are so happy with these windows, what a difference in keeping the summer heat out - We plan on replacing our siding next and will come back and have TrueSon do this

Our house was damaged by the hailstorm in March of 2023. Immediately after our neighborhood was bombarded with contractors from everywhere!! We knew that our first phone call was going to be to Nevada at TrueSon. I know Nevada from our volunteer work together and I trusted him. Nevada came over and walked us through the whole process and answered all our questions. When we signed the contract we did it with no hesitation. Materials and labor were at a premium at this time but as soon as they became available crews were here. We had 3 different teams here to do the work. The roofing and siding crews were the best and were working in 102 degree weather. The guttering crew came in and finished the work up. A special shout out to the 2 young men who installed our windows and put on our siding. These guys take pride in their work and it shows!!! TrueSon came through for us!!

TrueSon was the right choice for our roof repair work. I was referred to Nevada by a friend and was straight-away impressed by his knowledge base of the industry...it was nice to know I had someone overseeing the project to ensure I got the best results. Particularly appreciated, was the attention to detail: all of the small things like shingles edging and rainwater runoff at corners were clearly taken into consideration, and the cleanup work was amazing...the crew barely left a trace when all was said/done. The only nails/screws I found on the ground were a few from the gutter work. Overall, two thumbs up

All 3 places we quoted were around the same price but TrueSon understood what we wanted and how to get it done. Our project was completed over a year ago and I am still happy with the outcome today. TrueSon recently completed the large job of residing our home including updated fascia/soffit and gutters. From the initial meeting with Nevada to obtain a bid for the project, to working with project managers and the individual crew led by Johnny, the entire experience was incredible. Johnny and his crew were attentive, and it shows in the final product. There were some product delays in the middle of our project, but I was proactively notified of updated timelines. TrueSon’s rep was the one that we felt was the most personable, and for the price tag, we felt comfortable with the work we’ve seen them do around town.
