For this project, we designed and built a stunning outdoor living area centered around a suspended concrete deck with a chiseled edge that combines beauty, durability, and low maintenance. The concrete deck is stamped to mimic the look of wood planks and stained to add richness. It provides all the aesthetic appeal of a traditional wood deck without the upkeep. One major advantage of the concrete design is the completely dry space below, which expands the home’s usable outdoor area, making it perfect for year-round enjoyment.
We also installed a custom aluminum rail system that complements the sleek, modern look of the deck. Additionally, we tore out the lower patio and updated it with a new stamped and stained concrete pad, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the space. A stone firepit, completed by another contractor, adds a cozy focal point for entertaining.
To finalize the design, we built an aluminum powder-coated screen room, offering a comfortable retreat that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
