For this project, our team took what the homeowners already loved about their outdoor space and elevated it to something they can enjoy in every season. We completely revamped the existing deck area, installing a durable, low-maintenance composite deck paired with sleek aluminum powder-coated railing that enhances both the look and functionality of the space.

In addition to the deck, we added a custom aluminum, powder-coated screenroom and an efficient under-deck drainage system, allowing the patio below to stay dry and usable even when it’s rainy. The result is a cohesive outdoor living area where the homeowners can entertain, relax, or enjoy fresh air without worrying about annual upkeep like staining, sealing, or deck repair.
