For this project, we transformed a stunning lakeside property into a luxurious outdoor retreat, seamlessly blending their existing pool area with a custom-built pavilion. At the heart of this space is a gas firepit, which serves as a focal point for gatherings. The pavilion also features a high-end outdoor kitchen and a convenient powder room, thoughtfully designed to accommodate the homeowners’ frequent entertaining.
To ensure a cohesive look, we stamped and stained the concrete to match the existing pool deck. The structure’s siding and cedar finishes were selected for their durability and timeless appeal, while the whitewashed pine car siding on the ceiling keeps the space bright and inviting. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with gorgeous quartzite countertops in a unique leathered finish, combining elegance with practicality.
Additional touches include a convenient outdoor shower to use after swimming and custom stone-trimmed cabinetry that complements the home’s architecture. The built-in cubbies offer ample seating and storage for guests’ towels and belongings, enhancing the functionality of the space. This versatile outdoor oasis provides year-round enjoyment for the homeowners and their guests.
