As life-long Missourians, we founded TrueSon Exteriors in order to bring affordable, quality exterior remodeling to all of central Missouri. We believe that when you trust a company with your home, you deserve only the best quality craftsmanship and customer service.

The step-by-step process for exterior projects

Phone Consultation

Once you have completed the online form or called into our office, your project information will be routed to a Project Specialist. They will be in contact with you within 24 to 48 hours to discuss the details of your project. We want to make sure we are the right fit for you, and if so, we will set up a home consultation.

Home Consultation

The next step is for our Project Specialist to come out and visit with you about the project and take measurements. While visiting with you they will discuss different options and products. This will allow us to start the proposal process. As the details of your project come together, so will the timeline of your project. We also have a showroom if you would like to come and look at roofing/window/siding and decking samples.

Proposal

You will be emailed a detailed proposal within 1 to 2 weeks (unless a special case/unique project requires more time). The proposal will cover everything you’ve discussed with the Project Specialist. If you have any questions or would like to make changes to the proposal, please visit the exteriors page (link) and warranty page (Link) on our website (link), or contact your Project Specialist.

Accepting the Proposal

Next, you will accept or decline the proposal. To accept the proposal, please utilize the Buildertrend link provided in the proposal, print out and sign the proposal and mail it back to us, or drop your signed proposal off at our office. If you accept the proposal, we will require a 30% down payment to place your project on the job board.

Remeasuring

Once you have been placed on the job board, we live by the old phrase “measure twice cut once”. We will send out one of our production team members to remeasure and order all products needed for your project. You may be contacted at this phase, if needed.

Production

Construction

During this phase, you will be assigned a Project Leader/Job Foreman who will serve as your day-to-day contact throughout your project. Your Project Leader will be available to you via site visits, email, phone and text. The Project Leader will be on site frequently and will work in coordination with the production team and your original salesman. We want you to feel confident that your project is in great hands!

Completion

This is the finish line! We’ll make sure we’ve thoroughly cleaned and inspected our work and we’ll walk the space with you to answer any final questions you may have. This is our favorite part! With our TrueSon Exterior team, we can’t wait to make your Dream Home a Reality! Once we’ve covered the project with you and any questions you might have, we’ll be on our way!
